Thank you for visiting and shopping at Quick Sources. The following terms and conditions constitute our strict Shipping and Delivery Policy. By placing an order with us, you automatically agree to these extended timelines and procedures.

1. Payment Clearance, Security Verification, and Dispatch Timelines

To protect our network against unauthorized transactions and financial fraud, all orders are subject to a mandatory Security Verification and Payment Clearance Hold prior to physical fulfillment.

• The Clearance Hold: The Buyer agrees that the standard processing and clearance period prior to dispatch is between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days.

• The Transit Clock: The estimated shipping transit time explicitly commences only upon the conclusion of this clearance period and the handover of the parcel to the logistics carrier.

By initiating a transaction, the Buyer expressly agrees to this extended fulfillment timeline, explicitly acknowledging that total delivery time may exceed 30 days. For the purposes of consumer dispute resolution, issuer investigations, and payment network guidelines, the "expected delivery date" shall be calculated as the maximum clearance period (14 business days) plus the maximum transit time stated for the selected shipping tier.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates

Once the clearance hold has concluded, delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery (UK & Europe): 7 to 15 business days (post-clearance).

• Standard Delivery (Rest of World): 10 to 20 business days (post-clearance).

3. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Quick Sources operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. We utilize a global network of independent fulfillment centers. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Refusals

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Quick Sources is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If you intentionally refuse a package at the door, or fail to pay mandatory customs fees resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, you immediately forfeit your right to a refund.
