Quick Sources - Return & Refund Policy

1. Evidentiary Requirements for Claims and Returns

To protect our inventory integrity and mitigate fraudulent claims, we have instituted a strict, procedural return policy.

1.1. Remorse Returns and Right of Withdrawal:

Under the EU/UK 14-day statutory withdrawal period, Buyers possess the right to return intact, unused goods. To initiate this process, the Buyer must formally submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Application by emailing quicksources@outlook.com within 14 days of physical delivery.

  • The RMA Application Process: To begin your return, you must copy, fill out, and email the following application to our support team. Applications submitted with missing information or without photographic proof of condition will be automatically denied.

    --- OFFICIAL RMA APPLICATION ---

    1. Order Number:

    2. Full Name used on Order:

    3. Item(s) Requesting Return:

    4. Reason for Return:

    5. Condition Declaration: I confirm that the item(s) are 100% unworn, unused, unwashed, and still possess all original tags and packaging. (Yes/No)

    6. Policy Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that per the agreed Terms of Service, I am solely responsible for all international tracking and shipping costs to return this item to the Quick Sources overseas logistics center. (Yes/No)

REQUIRED ATTACHMENT: You must attach 2-3 clear, high-resolution photos of the item(s) showing their current, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Shipping Burden & Destination: Only after this RMA application is formally reviewed and approved will the Buyer be provided with the exact return address and shipping instructions. The Buyer acknowledges and explicitly agrees prior to purchase that the designated return facility is our central overseas logistics center. The Buyer is exclusively responsible for all direct costs, international tracking fees, and customs declarations associated with returning the goods to this overseas location. Items sent back to our registered UK office or returned without an approved RMA application will be categorically rejected and destroyed.

1.2. Defect and Shortage Claims (The Visual Evidence Rule):

To protect against transit theft and fulfillment fraud, any claim alleging missing components, empty parcels, or severe transit damage must be supported by verifiable visual evidence.

  • The Buyer agrees to provide continuous, unedited video documentation of the parcel's initial opening, or high-resolution, timestamped photographs of the packaging exterior, the intact shipping label, and internal contents immediately upon receipt.

  • Failure to provide structured visual evidence significantly hinders our ability to validate the claim with the logistics carrier and will result in the denial of non-statutory replacements or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, odors, or damage, or items missing original tags and packaging, will be categorically rejected upon inspection at our overseas facility. Items purchased during clearance sales are final.

3. Dispute Resolution and Procedural Exhaustion

The Buyer agrees to exhaust the internal RMA application and support protocols prior to initiating a network chargeback. Chargebacks filed utilizing "Item Not Received" or "Not as Described" reason codes while the goods remain actively in transit, or without the provision of requested visual evidence for defect claims, will be aggressively contested.

The Merchant reserves the right to utilize this agreement, carrier weight logs, IP verification data, and historical transaction footprints as compelling evidence of "friendly fraud" during representment to your issuing bank.
