Welcome to Quick Sources. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Section 1 - Nature of Goods and Product Disclaimers

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all apparel and footwear sold on this Platform are unbranded, generic equivalents, or independent aftermarket alternatives. Items are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any registered trademark, brand entity, or original equipment manufacturer.

The Buyer expressly agrees that goods are sold on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Product imagery provided on the Platform is strictly illustrative. Due to the independent manufacturing nature of the goods, minor variations in stitching, material composition, color grading, pattern alignment, and physical sizing are inherent characteristics of the product and do not constitute a defect, a structural failure, or a "not as described" condition. By completing the purchase, the Buyer accepts the item in its generic condition, acknowledging that strict parity with premium designer standards is neither promised nor implied. Any reliance on perceived brand affiliations is strictly at the Buyer's own risk.

Section 2 - Order Acceptance, Fraud Mitigation, and Device Footprinting

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. To protect our network and comply with payment gateway regulations, we utilize advanced device fingerprinting and IP tracking at checkout. We actively log historical transaction footprints. Any attempt to bypass our security features, or use proxy IP addresses to mask your location, may result in order cancellation and immediate reporting to payment risk networks.

Section 3 - Prohibited Uses & Account Termination

You are strictly prohibited from using the site to:

(a) engage in "friendly fraud," unwarranted chargebacks, or any other manipulation of the payment gateway;

(b) purchase items with the express intent of unauthorized commercial resale or export;

(c) submit false, altered, or misleading damage and delivery claims.

Section 4 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Quick Sources, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 5 - Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction where Quick Sources is headquartered.
